Nurse Coach

"My passion is to destroy the mentality that chronic illness takes away, but rather serves as a catalyst towards a razor sharp focused life of intention, abundance and wellness that doesn’t depend solely on circumstances."

Ashley graduated from Walden University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She went on to work in ICU step down, heart and vascular, stroke, pediatric ER and community health in a wide variety of specialties to include: OBGYN, neurosurgery, breast cancer, primary care, etc.

She is board certified as a Health and Wellness Nurse Coach through the AHNA. After a traumatic birth recovery and falling through the cracks of the conventional healthcare system herself, she was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, Celiac disease, Chronic Lyme, POTS and PTSD.

This is where her passion to help others manage the complexities of autoimmune disease or those in search of a diagnosis from a trauma aware perspective, really set fire. Empowering women to find their fierce, advocate for themselves and their families while living an intentional, abundant life despite their diagnosis is her calling.

Ashley lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband and three-year-old daughter. She owns her own private coaching practice. In her free time, she likes to garden, read, listen to podcasts, get creative in the kitchen, minimize her impact on the environment, and ANYTHING that gets her out in nature. She is a perpetual student and has a never-ending curiosity for learning something new.
